Power of Brain

"You are what your deepest desire is;

As you desire, so is your intention;

As your intention, so is your will;

As is your will so is your deed; As is your deed, so is your destiny"

- The Upanishads

The human brain is one of the most complex and powerful organs in the body. It controls all of our bodily functions, including our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Our mind, on the other hand, is the part of us that creates our desires and aspirations. It's the part of us that dreams big and sets goals for ourselves.
 To fully utilize the power of our brain, we must first believe in its potential. If we doubt its capabilities, we'll be unable to tap into its full power. This means that we need to have confidence in ourselves and in our ability to achieve our goals. We must believe that we can overcome any obstacle that comes our way and that we have the potential to achieve greatness The law of karma states that our present circumstances are the result of our past actions.
Similarly, our future will be determined by our present actions. This means that we have the power to shape our destiny through our actions.
By using our brain to discern between right and wrong and making positive choices, we can create a bright future for ourselves. Setting high goals for ourselves is essential to achieving success.
By feeding our brain positive thoughts and aspirations, we can motivate ourselves to work hard and achieve our goals. However, it's important to guard against negative thoughts that can bring us down. Negative self-talk can be very damaging to our self-esteem and can hinder our progress.

 In summary, our brain is a powerful tool that can help us create the life we desire. By believing in its potential and staying positive, we can shape our destiny and achieve our dreams. We must use our brain to discern between right and wrong and make positive choices that will lead us to success.
